I havent used my infared gas grill in 1 1/2 yrs its been stored outdoors theres something alive in it what do?

opened my grill to clean and get ready for thanksgiving. but i was shocked to find. a coral like mold(I guess) all over it. it is a professional grade infrared gas grill, i don’t want to ruin it can someone please help me
