I’m trying to find out how to make a great steak at home. I’ve never had what I consider a good steak from home (sorry Mom). I’ve had some good ones at steakhouses, but from what I’ve heard from a few people, you can make a better one at home if you know what you’re doing. So, what are the steps to making a great steak? I have a nice new infrared gas grill that I’m eager to try out on some steaks. What are the best cuts to grill? How should they be prepared? Marinated?

My team and I are going to Austin Texas for a tournament and want to have the best barbecue we ever had. Any suggestions on where to go in Austin?

Ive tried a few different ways but they always seem to end up dry unless they’re cooked on a barbecue.

Many times I’ve made my famous barbecue ribs and creamy potato salad for family and friends, and every time they’re a hit! I’ve been told time and again to put them on the market, but I don’t know the first thing about doing this. Any and all suggestions wellcome.
